The Degree or Degradation of Service. Check in time was 3pm, I arrived at 5pm. I had reserved two rooms. Upon checking in, I was advised that one of the rooms was not ready (the bed wasn't made). The manager assigned me a different room. After examining the room (ADA) I had reserved for my elderly sister and I, it was noticed that it did not have the two beds that I had requested. Not a hotel It was a nice place, but not what I expected. It's a extended stay place, not a hotel like I thought, My fault I guess.

Nice hotel great location Staff was great room was clean and location is great right near local stores and mall 10 min away only negative thing the internet even when upgraded not great and for this type of place be great if offered wired

You can never find the staff.Have to buy towels and washcloths.They knock on you door at 9am for you to check out when check out is at 11am
