I reserved online, I get there and they have overbooked. I was luckily able to get a refund, but they do not tell you until you get there. That they do not take certain cards like Cash App. Or chime. She'll be there when Reserving online at extended stay in Firestone.

I checked in. I went to my room my expensive accurate handheld carbon monoxide detector went off went downstairs to check out. Nobody was downstairs for 15 minutes. Left the motel, checked into the Holiday Inn right next-door wonderful place worth the extra $50 and afterwards they’re trying to charge me the full amount even though I spent five minutes in their place that had a carbon monoxide leak. Manager was rude to me when I called. Be careful when you stay there.

Really stinky. You get what you pay for. The room was a place to sleep, which is what we needed. The main complaint was the horrific smell. The air in the room smelled like filthy unshowered humans plus tobacco/weed smoke. This smell permeates the hotel. When opening the window for fresh air in the morning, the window glass was extremely dirty. The room/beds/bathroom/floors were all clean. The smell was the worst.

No coffee. No lamps. No working television. No shampoo. I have stayed in a lot of inexpensive hotels. This is absolutely bare. The area is filled with the least appealing establishments. I do not recommend.

Tv didnt work, heating and cooling didnt work, room looked like a prison cell, no services. Only provide soap no shampoo, walls are paper thin and to listen to a lady cry all night, can hear every conversation and people walking in the hallways.

This property could have gotten a 5 rating, but really? No coffee? Not good and when we walked in the lobby no one was there and we had to call “Hello, Hello” several times before someone showed up to the desk. The no coffee was the worst.

The facility was lacking in basic accommodations. The one night stand the room had didn’t even have a lamp.
