Not as nice as expected. Property could use a good cleaning

For the price I paid in comparison to my colleagues and overall I feel the property was not up to par. The staff were minimally helpful. My room was not cleaned once even though it states it is done every other day. Id call the after hours desk with no answer. The mattress was so light it would slide off the bed. The TV was not working properly. The location was probably a half a mile from closest convenient store.The laundry room was the only thing i was impressed with.

On the 4th floor-not too noisy, until the elevator broke it was good-after pretty crappy after that

This hotel was different. It was odd that you didn’t have maid service and if you wanted towels you had to bring the dirty ones to the office to get new ones. Ironing materials, blow dryers etc, were not in the rooms. You had to go to the office. All these are included in all other hotels I stayed in, for a lower price.

First, I have to admit I didn't notice this was an extended stay. There wasn't shampoo or conditioner, just hand soap. The hallways did not smell good (like smoke and pot actually). My room was clean, so that was good.
