The elevator is an issue... have a period it doesn’t work everyday

The place was overall nice clean the staff was pleasant. Even the other guest was nice everyone made you feel welcome.

the elevator was not working for almost 2 days, had to walk up & down 6 flights of stairs to the 4th floor & back out a number of times. there are no amenities in the rooms such as iron, shampoo etc.
