Hotel at a last minute needs It was a last minute hotel stay. No thills place. But took cage of the needs. But I know I could count on Hotel.com to meet my needs at the last minute

The ROOMS are Equipped with a Full size Refrigerator and Stove Top burners....but Absolutely NO POTS, PANS, DISHWEAR, UTENSIL, ETC.....

Many guests prefer to bring their own cookware for the kitchen, but we do offer kits (a Simply Cooking Kit and a Simply Dining Kit) for purchase at the Front Desk if that better meets your needs. I'm so sorry this was not what you were expecting and that it did not meet your needs.
Area was industrial but convienient to highway. Traffic was heavy. Good for a quick visit to area but not a relaxing place for a multi night stay. Very adequate.

The room appeared clean but smelled old and weird. The smell seemed to come from the air condition unit so we turned it off. The smell stayed we had to endure it all night.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. One of the employees told us they would only exchange soiled towels for clean ones but the manager gave us clean towels and facecloths without question when we asked. Wifi was only for one device unless you paid extra for it.

Just a few bones to pick.. Only 2 towels in a room with double beds... had to call down for an iron... No glasses/cups in a suite? That said, the room and property were clean and neat, parking was sufficient and well lit, the staff was very polite and helpful (thank you Stephanie) and for a Saturday night (before the Sunday morning Ft. Lauderdale cruises) the price was great. I would stay here again.
