was good once I was able to find it. Need better signs showing how to locate motel

Good hotel! Short stay but satisfied. Clean room, spacious and quiet hotel

Confusing to get there with GPS with all the construction going on around it. Clean, lots of storage, but storage under bed leaves mattress on top of basically a board so the bed could be more comfy. Was staying here for a week. Staff was friendly and helpful.

EXCELLENT HOTEL I was worried because of all the reviews. Upon arriving, I was surprised to see how nice the hotel was. We were greeted and checked in very quickly. Going to our room, the smell was clean and refreshing. When we enetered the room, we thought we were in the HIlton. The room was clean, smelled fresh and spotless. We had a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and a nice size tv. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We are planning on going back there shortly. Pam

El día que llegamos la persona de recepción nos dijo que si queríamos podíamos pagar una tarifa extra de limpieza diaria en la cual sacaban incluso la basura, aceptamos y a los tres días nadie nos había echo la limpieza, fuimos a preguntar porque no lo hacían y les indicamos del pago que realizamos, entonces nos indicaron que no había ese servicio que habláramos con el encargado que no estaba ese momento y que el iba ha realizar el retorno de nuestro pago, cuando fuimos otro día, estaba la misma persona que nos cobró el día ... read more

Missed communication on a high level, bad customer service, the lady that was on the counter on 12/31 in the morning miss treated customer arguing and not assisting in the proper way,the place is not what you see on the pictures, poor cleaning, dog are barking the whole night, a lot of noise the whole night👎👎👎 we book a room and it ended up that not body contact us to let us know about the issue and the almost didn’t offer a new room 👎

Before check in , someone at the hotel called and asked what time I would check in. Told her that I would check in after midnight probably 12:30am. She said that she needed to charge at 10:00 pm to my credit card and all I do is just call the front desk upon my arrival so the on call guy would let me check in. Around 12:30 am, I called the front desk and waited to be checked in.
