The cost is ideal for a family on a budget but the property butts up to the freeway so it is very loud, there is no carpet so you can hear everyone in the hallway. The front desk had limited hours so I had to call to check out, my room didn't look like it had been cleaned, there were stains on the counter and used soap in the bathtub.

Good location
We stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly and the check in was very fast. The room is very clean, the only complaint is that the room smelled horrible. It smelled like someone smoked in the room before us (it was a non-smoking room). We could barley sleep because of the smell. But if it wasn’t for the smell, it would have been 5 stars.

Good location.
Lousy housekeeping, otherwise great hotel The stay and desk staff were great. Housekeeping was lousy. We stayed 3 nights and not once did housekeeping enter our room. Each night we had to go down to the front desk and get our own towels and coffee supplies. We told the front desk and they put us at the top of the list to get taken care of but it never happened.
Everything was good. The bed was uncomfortable though.
