New building, rooms look great!
Good Clean room, but smoke smells in halls and elevator. Need to clean the air in hotel Good area, safe parking
Overall good stay, staff was very helpful even after hours
Customer service was excellent!
Upset Customer The room appeared to be clean. However, there were no towels in the room . No blanket or Bed spread on the bed. They only had a fitted sheet , a flat sheet and the pillow cases. The fitted sheet had a big blue stain on the left side. We were on Rm 126, my friend in Rm 230, also had no blanket and No bedspread, but she had 1- towel. My husband went to the front desk and got 2- bath towels and 3- wash clothes . Since it has been extremely hot and humid we did not have a need for a blanket . However, about an hou... read more
