The customer services from the front desk person. That they have no staff to clean rooms.
I was disappointed in the property as a whole. Did not expect to have outside entry to rooms. Not like other Extended Stays I have stayed at in the past.
Friendly staff. The office was quick to fix issues with my first room without hesitation. I will be staying again. This was my second time.
