Being that we had a smoking room I expected less, but there were holes in the walls and the bathroom door was cracked. The bed was horrible with a groove running down the entire right side of a king size bed. Not sure how they got 3 stars..room was very large and open.

To be honest the facility itself was a little disappointing for the price. HOWEVER (and this is why staffing is so important) the staff, particularly hotel manager Sonia, were so accommodating and pleasant that by the end of my stay I had forgotten all about the lights out on the third floor terrace the entire time, the lack of maid service, the lousy channels on the TV (if you want news, they had only local and Fox, which doesn't resonate with me) and some of the other guests looked a lot like the government put them there ... read more

Appearance Parking was good. Stairs and walkway filthy and there was an odor.

The room had a lot of spider webs. And the smoke detector in the room was beeping. My daughter told the front desk person,who was super wonderful nice, but the maint person had already gone home and she was by herself. She offered us another room up front, but there were many children playing and we had been driving for fourteen hours and were very tired. So we changed the battery ourselves and had a wonderful nights sleep. Please give the front desk person a raise, she was wonderful and extremely nice and made the stay wort... read more
