not so happy stay in greensboro when i booked the room and paid for it, i told the rep it would be a late check-in. the day of check-in @ 5pm, i called the hotel to confirm the late check-in and said we’ll arrive a little after midnight. the rep said “no problem” and reminded me to push “0” on the phone if nobody was at the front desk. when we got to the hotel, another rep was there and said we were marked “no-show” and our 1-bed room was already taken. she said the other rep should’ve given us a room when i called. after dr... read more

Housekeeping half ___clean. Upon taking a shower, I noticed that little hairs, that looked like pubic or shaved hairs on the shower curtain and the tub. There were also on the back part of the shower where you can put your soap at. Clearly, this bathroom wasn't looked at. Thankfully, I didn't sew any urine stains on the mattress like I did last time. Convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to major highway. There is a Celebration Station next to the facility.

The only problems I had was it was a none smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes bad, and the noise from the interstate is loud.

Hotel Rooms Usually the hotel is pretty good . For the price it's great with a fridge oven etc The room quality just depends on what floor you're on .usually I had rooms on the second and third floor that were pretty good. . This time I had a room on the first floor that wasn't the best . Old shower dirty on the inside . Overall a 2/5.
