Quiet and convenient, clean rooms, efficient staff This is a perfect location, near stores, eateries and I-65 south of Indy and in a safe, quiet area.

Overall rating is good You have to pay extra for everything. I was afraid to be charged for housekeeping to get clean towels or toilet paper so I bought my own. The quality of the tv was good. The guide didn't work so I never could tell what was on. Not all of the major networks were represented. I couldn't get the internet to work even directly connected with an ethernet cable. Irma escape TV is limited channels and has no guide, The two chairs in the room are uncomfortable. Plenty of hot water,has smoking rooms, stove, microwave and fridg all worked well, Staff was great. Very close to the walmart.
Clean, But Bugs. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was basically a cot. We left to get groceries and when we came back there were roaches. Not many just 2. I killed them and didn't see more until a couple days later when there were two more in the bathroom this time. I was careful to shake out all my belongings before I left and didn't see more but it was still unsettling.
Convenient stay, nice location without frills If you need a quiet extended stay convenient to everything, it's a great spot. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's no Shangri-La and you won't get free breakfast but it's great for transitional times, weekly stay and easy access to whatever you want and need to do.
I had a very pleasant stay. I am recommending this place to my colleagues.
Affordable friendly staff It was a great place to stay. I stayed here for a week on vacation with my grand daughter. Very affordable as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I would suggest is have coffee options at the hotel. It was nice to be able to cook your own food.
