Great for what we needed Needed a safe place to stay--only there to sleep. Was more than what I expected but went by reviews and area. Staff was great and helped our needs be met. Easy drive--about 10 minutes--to get to downtown Indy.

restful stay! The service was excellent as we asked a few questions and requests were meet with a smile. I enjoyed my stay and was rested for the travel home. I rated this hotel a '5'!

Convenient to Mom & Dad This was my first time staying at a Value Place. I chose the location as it was very convenient to family. I was very pleased with how clean the facility was. It looked practically brand new! The location is close to plenty of food and other shopping and easy on-and-off the highway. The appliances were very clean and in great condition. This hotel is infested with cockroaches. Throughout my week-long stay, I discovered that if you turn off all the lights, you will wake up with bites all over your body. I reported the bugs to the front desk after the first night and was told my room would be sprayed on Wednesday. Nobody ever came to spray the room, and the staff seemed unconcerned. They also refused to provide trash bags, telling me I had to buy my own. I saw other guests carrying their trash to the dumpster without bags. I believe the staff's decision not... read more

Unsafe and Not as Advertised. Honestly, I would like to request a refund. I arrived at the place, and immediately checked-out. The advertised laundry facility was "shut down," and no reason was given. My room key didn't work. As I walked down towards my room, the hall was full of noise from people who were blasting loud music with their doors wide open.
