The Price was right!!! Needed a place to stay for the weekend and all of Indy was booked! Had a comfortable stay in a clean well equipped room for my needs! No free WIFi but nice kite and friendly staff!!

Value place good for price Best part is Close to Walmart and airport. Housekeeping Is biweekly so our 1 week stay had no housekeeping services. We had to take out our own garbage.

Bare bones nice! I have stayed at this hotel several times with my family. The staff is friendly and remembers me. The room is designed for business travelers, but is a great value. Beds are comfortable, large TV, clean. My wife checks every room we stay in for bed bugs!!

Very nice place to stay, clean, quiet Room 405 was perfect, was a very quiet floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Clean and Comfortable While Value Place may be a "no frills" kind of place, it is exceptionally clean and comfortable. For an extended stay where one really only needs a comfortable place to sleep, a clean place to get ready of a morning, and a refrigerator for snacks, I've not found any place better - especially for the price!

Roughing it in Indianapolis. Shower curtain way too long and it is dangerous for tripping inside the tub. Toilet running for my 4 night stay no maintenance. not a family friendly hotel its for out of town construction workers who smoke in the parking lot.
