It was a clean room and good service. The people who working in the front disk were nice and friendly ❤️
Pleasant stay at Value Place for 4 days ! The hotel had 4 floors, and only one elevator. Lots of parking. Major highway nearby. Took just 13 minutes to drive to Indianapolis Convention Centre.

Was the for 9 days for my daughters jr gold tournament. The place was very clean staff very friendly. Great value. It's definitely what it is value it's not a 4 star luxury hotel. But it's clean safe and a great value . Would definitely recommend staying there again . We came all the way from brooklyn NY.

Efficient Little snafu with late check-in but overall a good experience. I thought the room was extremely efficient with very little wasted space but all that is really needed for a pleasant stay.
We won't go back. Not what we were looking for or expected. Very basic accomodations. No amenities what so ever. It was a good thing that I took personal hygene items and hairstyling tools. Price reflected what we received.
