Just OK The hotel is well located off of the interstate. It is an OK value. The staff was very friendly and responsive. But the rooms were not well cleaned -- not terrible, but definitely some evidence of the previous occupant. I'd stay here again, in a pinch, but I'd probably first try some of the other properties in the market at this price point.

They gave away my room and didn’t call. They said they moved me to a different property - 20 miles away - but they had not.

My worst experience with a hotel in my entire life! Waited over 20 minutes at front desk for someone to come to check us in. Had to call hotel from cell phone to tell them we were waiting to check in! Upon getting into room, pulled back blanket and sheets were dirty with what appeared to be dried blood on them. Girl at desk offered to upgrade us to a suite however a very loud agrument with very offensive language was taking place 2 rooms down from the suite so this wasn’t a valid choice at 9 pm at night and a very early morn... read more

The hotel booked the wrong room from reservation. They blamed Hotels.com, not correct, hotel error. Hotels.com did great job to accommodate us.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the WiFi was down. Breakfast was a ‘grab and go’ which was very minimal.

I went to check in and they had no rooms a available. They tried to put me in a holiday inn express even farther than my conference location. I booked that room over three weeks before and was stuck scrambling for another room for the week. I need to book several rooms in the near future and will not be using Expedia anymore.
