Our check in experience was terrible...!there was no one there and no way to get a hold of someone for at least an hour! I called the number listed for the hotel 5 times and either was disconnected or on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up. Someone from another nearby hotel finally came.... After that experience... the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. So-so "Breakfast" was a joke. The desk clerk could not provide directions of the hotel's location when I called her from the road. there was no one else there she could ask. It is unacceptable that your desk staff cannot provide directions and I was less than 2 miles away , trying to find the hotel.

Terrible Everything was fine until later in the evening. The other guess were loud in other rooms. The morning I was leaving a dead cockroach was dead on the lobby floor. Then I went back to my room to get my bags together and there were two roaches in the bathroom on the sink. I went in and they went to the right side of the sink near the wall and the siding was pealed in the corner and behind the unit they went. I grabbed my things and left. I throw away the items and will never stay an Extended Stay America AGAIN!

Loved the quiet location with lots of shade for parking. The room size was generous.

A simple place to crash for a night. Hotel would suffice if you find yourself in a pinch for a place to sleep for a night or two maximum. Bare bones essentials. Very nice staff. Bed, bedding and pillows average at best.

Disappointing When I first went to the room I was assigned, the bed look like someone had been laying on top of it, and the pillows were all in a mess... And there was a water bottle with tobacco spit juice in it on the counter. Disgusting! The receptionist put me in another room, very friendly and kind and apologetic, but that is clearly not a good impression of this hotel.
