Disappointed I've been booking my crew with this hotel many times since last month. They had to check out in the morning but needed another night so I booked them another night. When they came back that night, the staff said that they were overbooked so I had to book them at another hotel. When I called the next day for a refund, hotels.com spoke to the staff that were checking them in and agreed that they were overbooked and to call back later on for the manager. Don't stay here Reservation couldn't be found - then I get to the room only to find dirty stained sheets on the bed - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

not enough towels in the first days, nobody at the desk full time to get more. Found cockroaches, (dead) under the bed, took a photo.

This is not a hotel, do not expect the ammenities Don't make a mistake in thinking these are hotels, they are NOT. They are a bare studio apartment suited to long term traveling workers. They do have a small kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave and sink. They do not provide cups, plates, silverware or a coffee maker. You can purchase (and keep) these but that is crazy for a normal extended stay type hotel. Smelled of smoke badly Could hardly walk through the halls because of the smokers. Had to leave the window open and the fan on the entire time. Also the room cost over $200 for 2 days from expedia... The place had a weekly advertised rate of 249 a week, what gives?
