Worst hotel ever! Had to call to have someone come check us in. Person showed up wearing pajamas at 9:00 at night. Room reeked of smoke. Floor was very dirty. Dirt in shower and on bedspreads. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Smelled like cigarette smoke, rude staff Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, bed sheets had brown stains. Room floor had hair and fingernails on it. Toilet had hair on seat. Staff at front desk was very rude and unprofessional. A lot of traffic in and out late at night.

Holy Dirty Pillows Batman!!! We did not stay here more than 10 minutes. When we walked in we were not even greeted, but entered an alcove reminiscent of a jail sallyport. The hotel stunk of cigarettes, and the hallways of marijuana smoke. We entered our room, and decided it would be best to check for bed . . . issues. We found suspicious lint buildup of inside the pillowcases. Lack of hospitality! The hotel was just as bad as a motel no extra towels lack of t.v channels water in shower was warm and no DVD player to rent something to watch and not enough pillows .There was 4 of us and 2 towels with luke warm water.

No soap / no shampoo in the room - at front desk they said I could either have a soap bar or a shampoo - but not both !

Worst hotel There was no soap, shampoo, 1 towel for 3 people, no silverware, no cookware, nothing to get a glass of water, no TV remote, no lobby, no readily available staff it just goes on. I honestly have camped at locations with outside facilities that were more prepared. Would have left but had to prepay entire visit. When you advertise a suite with cooking facilities and are not even provided a spoon and bowl that is pathetic. We had 1 towel for 3 guests and 2 days. Seriously. Disgruntled employee The accommodations were great. The night shift person came to the room and began acusing my freind of arguing loadly. There was a complaint of loud noise. She was alone. Then the person began talking about drug use and made a racial insinuation about me. I was at work. They ended up comping use a room the next day. I am very upset about tbe event.
