Horrible Never cleaned towels had same towels for the four days I was there. Requested a blow dryer according to their page and they don't have them very loud children running the halls at all hours

Bar could be set higher. This place is OK, but offers nothing in terms of service or comfort. To be fair, the entire facility was clean and rooms have a kitchenette for convenience. You haul your towels and sheets downstairs the exchange them for clean ones, but you better show up during limited office hours or you're outta luck. Beds were small and a bit on the uncomfortable side, and the room lighting was terrible--overhead lights only, made it feel like a prison cell rather than a place to enjoy. By far the worst, dirtiest, trashiest, hotel I've stayed at. I am not sure how they get off charging people over $100 a night! People sitting in lawn chairs in the "lobby" talking to their "cousin" who also lives there, who just so happens to also be the front desk employee. There are people with house arrest ankle bracelets staying there, also, guys who walk around, not in uniform, (who look like they do some form of drugs), acting like security guards, and the employees "okay" it. Plainfield, Indiana WoodSprings hotel is horrible. The front desk staff are rude + condescending to guests which I observed on multiple occasions. My room was dirty upon arrival: 1. The floor was filthy, my socks were black just from walking across it. 2. The bathroom was dirty, sink, tub + violet had Not been properly cleaned 3. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping The shower drain was clogged, by the time you were done, you were standing in 6" of water. My mom had dropped her ear ring and it slightly rolled under the bed, when I went to pick it up, there was dust balls under the bed. The other bed appeared to have peanut shells. The kitchen area cabinets were dusty, not a maintained or clean environment at all.

horrible people NY wife and I and our 4 kids were made to leave by police at 3 o'clock in the morning. The reason was my oldest who is 5 was sick and was screaming in pain and it woke the people up in the room next to ours ant they called the front desk and the front desk called the police and made us leave.

not recommended Floor had dried substance in various places. Sink did not work in bathroom. Vending machines not stocked.

Stingy accommodations The room was small, the bed was very small and uncomfortable. No extra pillows nor towels. There was no service when I checked in , I had to wait 10 minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone.
