DO NOT STAY AT WOODSPRING SUITES On arrival check-in person was flat rude. Got to my room and found two used condemns floating in the toilet. Called front desk and they stated they must have floated back up in the stool. Asked to speak with management. Later got called to front desk to switch rooms. Management lady actually screamed in my face about having to change rooms. Later I ordered food delivered to my room. No sleep! I have never slept on a bed so hard! Hallway and elevator noise were constant disruptions to my sleep as well. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Eh Felt like an institution, not a hotel. No comfort in the bed.
Rude Staff and No housekeeping. I stayed here 10 nights. They don't offer housekeeping and charged me money for clean sheets/towels. One of the ladies was the rudest ladies I've ever met at a hotel. I'll never recommend this place to anyone!
Minimal but not Cheap No lamp by the bed. Depressing, bare decor. Elevator needed vacuuming the whole time we were there. Room clean except for shower faucet. One tiny bar of soap in the bath. Receptionist was cleaning rooms when we checked out.
Not ever doing that again When I booked my room, the website gave me false information and the lady was able to give me a second room without charging us for it. Well, first the light blew in the second rooms bathroom and then my toilet ran all night so that was super annoying. We got everything in the room and then when we were done eating dinner I went back to relax in my room and my door wouldn't unlock. Disastrous Hotel I would not recommend this place to my dog. It is dirty, you have to take to the office your dirty towels in order to get clean ones. Housekeeping was non existent. This is not a hotel, it is more like one room flop house. People were sitting in the halls, hanging out at the vending machines and outside the front door.
