Went to visit my daughter down in Orange Park Florida. They stayed at the value place in North Jacksonville Florida, and it look nice enough at first glance. However I did see cockroaches on a daily basis in my room. I'm sure it's due to having the kitchenettes in the suites and housekeeping only once a week. my next trip visit my daughter will be staying at different hotel.

It was excellent! It was excellent! Had a comfortable stay. The staff was great. The room was more than just a room, there was a full size refrigerator with stove and sink, that it made this room more than just a room, it felt like home. Excellent stay and comfortable as well. Id recommend this hotel to anybody who's interested. That's it, I don't have anymore to say.

More like a studio apartment Large room was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. It was very well equipped including a kitchenette. Room was clean and the security was better than Average.

Good Place for the price Nice clean place. They will try and nickel and dime you to death with fees for amenities standard at other hotels but what do you expect with a name like Place Inn? Don't expect much help from anyone working there either but still a descent place. I would recommend and stay again.

Loved Our Stay We enjoyed our 7 day stay. Room rates were less than $40 a night. Our room had a kitchen area with 2 burner stove, sink, microwave, and upright refrigerator. The staff was nice and very professional. Loved the convenience of the amenities. Very secure location. Budweiser brewery and Sam's across the street is a plus.
