Terrible. Worst stay in a hotel I have ever had. Did not stay the second night. Filthy dirty, old broken furniture, carpet was disgusting, light bulbs missing, bag around smoke detector. Hallways, lobby disgustingly dirty. Phones didn't work. Tried getting money back for 2nd night, but phones didn't work. Front office person arguing with me about it even when calling the number right in front of her and it would not go through!

Better to stay in streets than staying here Worst ever experience, i don't know how they are allowing to run this place. Dirty place lights didn't work, floor are dirty and greasy, bathroom door locks were broken , no breakfast, no utensils, chairs were dirty and they charged 110

when we git to our room the door and the whole floor was dirty that the socks from us got vlack by walking to the bathroom and sticky also the kitchen was sticky we had a half full big trash bag left in the trash can from the rpeople staying there before us shower curtain rail broke out of the wall during a shower and nobody cared , even qe complained everyday after 5 days still the same no one came to fix it no fresh towels only if you pay $2 each towel housekeeping only after 14 days of a stay sleeping couch dirty on the i... read more

Worst hotel with no amenities Worst experience. We had so much inconvenience -We booked a room which had refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven but the front desk refused to provide any utensils or dishes. They said all things are locked in a cabinet and they don't have the keys. I have stayed in many other extended stay hotels and had good experience but this one was THE worst. The rooms have poor lighting and are so untidy.

One of the worst experience with hotel and expaedia customer care . Cant say which was worse. Booked a room and went there. Boooking was with my name. I presented my id and card. Lady on front desk said that other person with me need a id too . Unfortunately other person doesn't had a valid id at that time . Though booking was with my name but lady refused. When we got there after booking I was told they had no room for us. Got left with no choice but to sleep in the car. Drug infested hotel don’t make the mistake I made. Don’t sty here.
