This place needs to be shut down Horrible experience, the room had roaches, toilet seat, broken, bathroom door jammed would not close, dirty fridge and tub, floor filthy with brown filth on it, under the cabinet wrappers from previous guest, linens smelled like urine, staff was horrible did not do anything to correct any of these issues?

We arrived and they did not have the room we had reserved. The property was dirty and felt unsafe.

The hallways were dirty and smelled. The carpet was old and stained. The doors on the cabinets in the suite were hanging/sagging like they were broken. The tub did not drain and there was no maintenance person on staff over the weekend. No other rooms were available and no other options/solutions were offered. Room cleaning was not done and they did not have replacement clean towels available. The restroom in the lobby was also not working.

The floors were very dirty and the smell in the elevator, hallways and rooms was terrible. I didn't want to touch anything, I felt very gross. It said free breakfast and there was coffee. I also tried to call to cancel the room and did not answer. I will book through other third party agents.

Absolutely horrible This place was horrible the floors were black it smelt like crap the check in was horrible took me till 5pm to get a room and my kids woke up with bug bites all over them
