Extremely dirty! Unhelpful staff. Should be condemned! Stay away from this hotel. Black mold in the bathroom and burn holes In the sink. Stains on all the furniture

Mal llegue a las 06:00 p.m. y la habitacion no estaba lista y el check in era a las 3:00 p.m., no entiendo pq la habitacion la seguian limpiando...

Unable to get checked-In because the staff lady was feeling sick and couldn't attend. Bugs crawling in entry way.

Sorry sorry very poor service Been here over 2 and half hours cant check in the front desk clerk wont answer serivce phone nor will the clerk come to front deskbeen trying to cancel my already payed for room worst service ever I want a refund

They're was a missing panel in the kitchen. The room smelled musty/ stale. The tv didn't work and after telling the front desk 4 times (tried calling but they didn't pick up), they kept telling me that it wad the batteries. It wasn't. There was rust stains and peeling paint in the bathroom / shower. The were handers hanging on the curtains. The hotel didn't have any toilet paper. The was a roach crawling on the wall. I checked out the very next day even though I had no where to go!

No toilet paper, dirty bathtub, no extra bed sheets or comforters, trash under the bed, and the interior of the room really stinks. Help desk wasn’t very helpful.

The outside was nice but the inside was dirty and had a musty smell. They were under staffed and over booked. Horrible experience!!!!
