Negative review One of the worst. We booked a 3 night stay . When we came to check in. Our room had already been sold. What a shame. I have an 11 months old baby. As we were still wondering where to go and sleep at a walmart parking lot that's around 0830 PM the baby became so uncomfortable especially with the hot moist temperatures. I had to feed her there and change her clothes. The supervisor at the hotel ignored to speak with us rather opted us to call customer care. The place was ok but have a lot of roaches come out at night.

Unpleasant Fire alarm went off one night three times so it wasn't very easy to sleep and there was cockroaches I would love around on the walls

We had reserved a room several weeks in advance through expedia, arrived during the check in window, and learned that they'd inadvertently given our room away. Staff were not even apologetic, with one of them blaming me because "you must have booked at the last minute." With some prompting, they eventually found two small rooms (not together) for us, rather than the 6-person room we'd booked.

I liked the fact that it had a kitchen and the space was great but the sink was clogged, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom door had no handle.

not meeting expectations After checking in the room wasn't clean or ready. it took 40 minutes to check in and another 30 minutes to change rooms The next day we had to change rooms again because the sofa sleeper was broken.
