TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The room that was given to me us Was HORRIBLE! Somebody used it before and wasn’t clean at all! We checked into that place around 11.30PM with a toddler. I went and complained at the front desk and she has given another room (2nd one) and that was terrible too. Finally we got another (3rd one) room which was stinking real bad and the bathroom door (sliding door) was already BROKEN! It would have hurt has if we pulled it forcefully! Horrible horrible !! Drugs in the room .. no fitted sheet on bed just a flat sheet , no comforter.. the pull out bed had old blood stains on it. The bathroom door was broken... there were no batteries in the remote. Just NO
Not fully cleaned I found someone's trash ( a whole trash bag full) in the kitchen cabinet. I don't know how long it had been sitting there
Can't get worse Smely, filthy place! No matter how hard the staff tries they can't change things around! Two nights in a row at these hotels is more than enough for me ! The management group must make decisions very fast! Either hire more people or shut it down!
Would not stay again. Not good... most things were broken completely or in need of repair. No ice makers. SHORT STAFFED.
Believe the reviews Awful. Dirty, smelly, tried giving us a dirty room at first. Bugs in the room and very very dirty.
