Clean floors but ends of curtains not attached, ripped screen in one window & no screen in the other. Frig looked nasty/old/rusty/dented all over on outside but was clean inside. Room smelled, not sure what- window was open. Mattress made noise with turning, movements.

Never stay at this hotel Worst possible hotel i have ever stayed.We booked a six person room and we were given a 5 person room and then was told to sleep on floor on some rubbish comforters.They even said that they will refund back and then at the check out counter thay completely flipped.They said whatever the night duty person said is not valid.So much unprofessionalism.

Service Poor Tried to extend reservation they wanted to charge $10 hr extra from 11 to 3. + $20 increase in rm rate

I had my confined invoive number i show up and im told it was canceled which i have receieved no info about so i get upcharged to stay and then have to stay in a handicap room because some how its my fault

The temperature in the room upon arrival was 60 degrees, tried setting to heat at 70, it didn’t work. We arrived around 7PM or so, no maintenance personnel on site. Front Desk person tried to get it working, no luck. Much warmer with it turned off, just no air flow in the room. I book a room with 2 double beds and a Sofa bed, the Sofa bed only had bottom sheet, which was dirty, NO MATTRESS COVER UNDERNEATH THE SHEET. Was told no other rooms were available to move us to, without separating us in multiple rooms. We are sisters... read more
