It was a very basic hotel with a small not very comfortable bed, but a good price, got what I paid for

Decent for cost, nice staff, convenient location:) First time staying in an extended stay, and will return if in the area again. For the cost, it was what we needed for a business trip. Felt more like an efficiency apt, with kitchenette (no dishes, utensils or coffee pot). It was decently clean, comfortable & plenty of hot water. All employees were friendly, which is always pleasant surprise! But as others have reviewed, people definitely smoke and there’s no coffee in the building.

After hours check in process a problem The stay was fine but checking in was a problem. After hours (9:30 pm) there is not a person working at the desk, there’s a number to call. I was on hold for over 15 minutes before anybody answered to request someone to report to the desk to check me in along with two other guests who were waiting.

Room could’ve been cleaner. Chunks of hair was coming out the sink if you let the water run, seen multiple stink bugs.

Spirit Airlines of Hotels Stayed back to back weeks. 1st week room was nasty, had no carpet and floors were gross and dirty I never walked around barefoot. 2nd week room at least had carpet and seemed a bit cleaner but shower turned into a Bath after a couple min. Bad extended stay, has no untencils, pans, pots, glasses or anything, not even a coffee pot in the room or hotel.
