Deceent hotel Pleasant stay...not the most modern but I'm impress with how clean it was. The beds & pillows were not very comfortable but for the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Good price for a decent overnight stay.

It's like a small overpriced studio apartment. Minimal services without extra pay. It's decent for the need. Would be nice with an oven, or microwave oven and a coffee maker, but those are extra to buy

transition to retirement I've had to return to kalamazoo to find a place to retire to. Value Inn provided me with an affordable and comfortable place to stay while looking for an apt, while I could make meals in my room, at a very reasonable price. My mission was accomplished, finding an apt, and signing a lease, to move into soon.

You get what you pay for We arrived at 8:00 PM on Saturday. No one was at the front desk and when we attempted to call no one answered. We had to call customer service 800 phone number to have them call the manager on duty. We finally got helped at 8:30 PM and were told our room wouldn't be ready for 20-30 minutes. Lucky for us we had to meet someone at 9:00 PM so we just left our stuff in the car and left. When we were checking out they again had no one at the front desk.
