Tried checking in after hours approx 11:00 pm on 6-16 and was on hold with call center for over an hour. Finally got room at another hotel, came back next day and advised of situation and was advised call center was told, suggested changing call centers. Was given nice discount and upgrade when stayed with them next week to make up for issues.
