I was in need of a place to stay. so I was thankful for the oportunity.The place was about a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 for cleaniness also.I was upset that Hotel.com took my money and could not change the date for my stay when I clearly booked twice in one day on an accident. I had to grab my things and me and my son had to leave.Very upset about that .
