bed on the floor great location, however we were told we would have a sofa for a third person their was no sofa and when we ask for a roll away bed they didn't have one we had to make a bed on the floor

review of the value place We traveled with friends to KC who actually stayed in this hotel. They thought the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. It had only been open 7 months. However they did have a hard time getting a hold of hotel staff. When they asked for new towels, the staff said they wouldn't be available until the morning. Also my 9 year old son and I came to visit them and the hotel manager would not give me their room number to call them on the hotel phone even though I told them I knew they were staying... read more

Nice hotel that was close to the stadiums The manager at the Value Place really made us feel welcome. He was very helpful in directions as well as making it a good experience for us. It was better than we had expected. We would definitely recommend this place.

Brand new, comfortable and very reasonable Room was brand new smelled good and very comfortable. I paid triple per night for Marriott in Independence, MO and I liked this hotel better. No better hotel in KC area for the money.

my baseball trip It was a quick stay for a baseball game, it was about 3 min drive away or 15 min walk. The room was big enough for my self, very basic but that's all I needed. The awesome thing about it is that this hotel also caters to long term so it also had a fridge I think a kitchen I can't recall since I was there for only one day.I was surprise of how quiet it was considering the freeway was next to it it that was another I liked about it a 2 min drive and I was on my way to St Louis

Great location for a Royals game. Great no frills option for a royals game. Room was adequate for the use we needed, which was just somewhere to stay for a nap before the game, and overnight after.

Not fancy Clean room. Absolutely NO amenities. Extremely small bed. Toilet would not flush but, other than that ok stay for sleeping only! Overpriced for sure
