Ideal for being near the stadium Very basic hotel amenities, but you have a bed, shower and TV. if you're only in KC for a few nights and plan on going to Kauffman or Arrowhead you can't beat being within walking distance. $15 can ride to power and light district.

Price was right for stadium access. Room very clean. No carpet, very basic like the new Motel 6's. Nothing fancy. Staff was helpful. The walk to Arrowhead Stadium was about 20 minutes along streets without sidewalks, but doable.The hotel is really a long term stay place, but worked for us for one night. It had a full kitchen. Don't expect plush, but like I said, it was very clean. A Kansas City motorcycle cop didn't recommend staying there, but we had no problems.

Good quality for a decent price Great price, clean room, comfy bed, safe hotel, and a great view (and short walk) of Kaufman Stadium. I'll definitely stay here again

Great Location, Good Price, poor service Stayed here because it is literally the closest stadium to Arrowhead Stadium and Kaufmann Stfium, and we were going to a Bears vs. Chiefs game. the location in amazing, a shot walk to the stadium. The room was alright, comfy beds and the hardwood floor is a plus. But as for service....front desk never seemed to be open but most importantly, there were no amenities in the room other than a tiny. At of soap. No shampoo, conditioner, and the towels were tiny. nice hotel close to Arrowhead stadium came to KC for the football game. the hotel was less than a mile from the stadium, which was the perfect location.

Lack of office support I had originally reserved the room for two nights, Friday and Saturday, but a family matter came up late Friday night which deemed it necessary for me to cut my trip short and head back home. The number I was given by front office staff as one which would be answered after hours by their resident live-in was not answered as promised. Beware, do not stay here!!! They rip you off! Stay was great, the manager Michael however was a complete jerk. We were charged for "Damages" to a table, apparently super glue. Funny we don't have super glue or any type of glue not even hair gel. IT's a total scam! BEWARE, we were charged days after our stay for $200 and imagine the fact they can't provide pictures of the so called "damage" that was done.
