I loved my stay at Value Place, my room was very clean, as always....good service.

lame staff traveling for work stopped for a royals game it was a great location but the staff was a step shy of unenthusiastic

This is not a hotel! I thought from the description that this was a typical motel, but it is an extended stay facility for people who are staying for a period of time. So things that we take for granted like free wifi and breakfast were not to be had. The facility is clean and secure, but I just expected something different. It had a fabulous view of Royals stadium right across the highway which was cool. Also, there's a Denny's not too far away.

Nice place to stay....but Very new, very clean, very quiet, but bare necessities only. No coffee, shampoo, so make sure you bring things you'd typically expect to find in a hotel

bed on the floor great location, however we were told we would have a sofa for a third person their was no sofa and when we ask for a roll away bed they didn't have one we had to make a bed on the floor

review of the value place We traveled with friends to KC who actually stayed in this hotel. They thought the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. It had only been open 7 months. However they did have a hard time getting a hold of hotel staff. When they asked for new towels, the staff said they wouldn't be available until the morning. Also my 9 year old son and I came to visit them and the hotel manager would not give me their room number to call them on the hotel phone even though I told them I knew they were staying... read more

Nice hotel that was close to the stadiums The manager at the Value Place really made us feel welcome. He was very helpful in directions as well as making it a good experience for us. It was better than we had expected. We would definitely recommend this place.
