The room smelled like bleach and water. Which it literally had water ask over the floor! The beds were sketchy at best! The bathroom was gross, and for the price that I paid, I couldn't believe the shape of the room and the smell! We almost went and slept in it car! Worst room I've ever laid for! Total RIPOFF!

Terrible. Do not stay there. Smoke of all types. Dirty.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we decided to end our stay early, they were very accommodating and helped to get the last night refunded. The location is why we chose this place, and it worked out nicely. We walked to and from the Chiefs game and avoided all traffic. The sheets/bedding were clean as well as the toilet, shower, sinks and counters. It ended there. This place has permanent residents. Do not stay at this hotel. Read reviews on Google since they get filtered on this site. The rooms are not cleaned, there were stains on the pillows and whole room smelled like mold. We had to find another hotel that night.

All of the above. We couldn’t check in because there were no staff at the desk. Waited and waited nobody ever appeared. We left and I emailed that we were cancelling our booking. We went somewhere else

Hi the room was dirty there were ants and roaches in the room The bed was elevated my guess to prevent bed bugs. The best thing was the location it is about a 20 min walk to the Truman Sports Complex

There were cockroaches! I wish I would have read the reviews. The room itself was also dirty, the sheets were stained, the bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere. We would have left but being the night before the Chiefs game there was nothing we could do and I had already paid almost $200 for this room.

Check in and staff very friendly. The room however had roaches and could not use shower as the water trickled out. TV did not work.
