Não recomendo O hotel não tinha quarto de não fumante sendo que não fumo e o cheiro de cigarro estava insuportável . O hotel apesar de falar no site não tinha os utensílios de cozinha O cartão de entrada do quarto desconfigurava TODOS OS DIAS.

Pretty bad experience... took 15 minutes to get through the check in process, when one employee showed up and was conversing with the one who was trying to check us in.

Good place - mismanaged I reserved a 2 double bed room weeks in advance. They called me a day before the reservation and said they could get a single room or at a different location 3 miles away. We wanted this location because it was close to the stadium. We chose the single room and brought a blow up mattress with us. We got to the room and there no towels at all. And no Do Not Disturb sign. We were very uncomfortable for 2 days because of them being greedy and over booking.

Royals Night Disappointment Our preference was a non-smoking room we got a smoking room and the room stunk. Towels were thin and scratchy. No hotel bathroom other than the bathrooms in the rooms. The hotel was in our neighborhood that was hard to find and get to after the ball game. We would not recommend this hotel .

Bad hotel Despite the fact this hotel is geared for extended stays and states limited healthcare keeping, I did not expect for there to be no housekeeping. Our stay was only for one night to watch the Royals game. The price of the hotel was jacked up very high because of the Royals game but I still expected at least a clean room. There were hairs on the pillowcase and sheets The towels looked like they had not been laundered and just put out to dry on a clothesline without being washed. Don't book to walk... We booked this hotel because it boasted about being in walking distance to the Royals stadium. Well, it is if you want to walk over 1.5 miles on a busy highway with no sidewalks. Great view of the park but if you plan on walking like we did after parking our motorcycle, look somewhere else.
