You get what you pay for The room was nice I was shocked that I had to pay extra for towels and for someone to clean my room. Friendly staff but I won't come back to this hotel.

No Comfort! Our stay was less than adequate. The room climate wood get hot and then the air conditioner would kick on and then it was shut off and then it would kick on; the consistency was not comfortable. The bed was not soft and you could hear footsteps outside every room. When people were talking it was like you were in their conversation. The front desk was very nice and polite. Overpriced, Nickle and Dime you I stayed at this hotel while transitioning from Texas to Kansas City. Although it was extremely overpriced, it accommodated my needs at the time. For the hotel to cater to people that will be staying with them for extended periods of time, they will definitely nickle and dime you. Washing a load of laundry should really be free for guests, however you pay $1.75 to wash and $1.75 to dry for 40 minutes. Plus an quarter for an additional 15 minutes. Stay somewhere else This was the biggest rip off ever. Heck we couldn't even check in because no one works the front desk. What a joke I'll never use them again and if hotels.com doesn't refund my money I'll never use them again either.

Parking is horrible staff is horrible. Horrible they never reset my keycard when I had to checkout and check back in so that meant I was locked out of my room and they could careless it happened more then four times

Very uncomfortable This hotel has a lot to work on. There is no complimentary WiFI, breakfast, paper nor are there irons or ironing boards in the rooms. The walls are so thin that I was awakened by the snoring from the guest next to me. The bathroom setup is disgustingly unpleasant. When you sit on the toilet, you have to lean way forward and reach way back for the toilet paper. Very uncomfortable.

The employee was friendly. However, our family room was supposed to be non-smoking but the room just smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom door did not close right. The walls were way too thin, we could here people outside and in the next room. The mattresses were uncomfortable and if you barely moved, it would slide off the bed frame. I have stayed at other hotels that were way better then this place and around the same price. Ok hotel for my needs. Close to my employer. Has microwave, stovetop and fridge for convenience. Only complaint is there is a lot of drug use even though the hotel is non smoking. Walking the halls in and out of the building, you smelled weed.
