Noise There was so much noise in the room above me. When I told the staff nothing happen. This noise was made all throughout the night

Good luck getting checked in I don't know if this is a nice hotel or not. Mainly because I didn't even get the opportunity to check in. I arrived about 945 Saturday evening, happy to be within walking distance of Arrowhead for the Chiefs game the next day. There is nobody at the front desk, but there is a phone with a number to dial to get someone up there. I call, repeatedly, for 10 minutes, with no answer. DO NOT STAY! Horrible experience.. do not stay here.. bad area, people live there, and pretty sure there was prostitution going on there.. I stayed for half an hour and left.. horrible experience..

Not a weekend getaway for a family. We booked this location last minute when our other extended stay weekend cancelled. We expected it to have the same amenities and the photo's online did not indicate that the room was bare-bones. It showed a fully equipped kitchen and a normal looking hotel room. We were very disappointed that the kitchen did not include any dishes. The usual hotel amenities such as towels, washcloths and disposable plastic cups were limited to 2 per room. Close to Kauffman Stadium but...... If you need a place to stay because you're going to a Royals game, this overlooks the stadium so is quite close. It is NOT a regular hotel. It is an extended stay place that has NO amenities....no kleenex, a kitchen with no utensils/cooking pots, no lamps--just ceiling can fixtures, no carpet just vinyl flooring, no lobby just a entrance with a window where you check in. Only if you have to Well, they don't do ANYTHING to help with anything extra, don't ask for a roll away bed because they don't do that, bring your kitchen (everything) because you'll need it. Not even a coffee pot is there for your use. Sure you can get one, if you want to pay $30 for it and take it home with you. The real kicker was the noise!
