Being in a jail cell No sleep you hear every step on your ceiling til midnite and the door on the stairwell is a smokers exit every 30 minutes til 4am slam slam place is clean and new the shower ceiling has a leak already the remark was made oh your from Expedia I think that's why I got room next to stairwell in back building buyer beware
Hotel is brand new, already had ants.
Forced to pay The price was good but the service was horrible. There was no hotel staff availabe after 10 pm. We tried to check out the next morning around 9 am and there was no one at the front desk. We called the hotel back at 12 noon to check out which they said they would. We stayed for one night out of 7 we had booked. However the hotel still charged us for the full stay and refused to refund us. I rented this place for the kitchenette but no dishes or cookware was provided so we couldn't use it for its purpose. The wal... read more

good news bad news gotel good news: the hotel is new but.... bad news: since there is no carpeting you can hear every little noise anyone makes in the upper floor, hallway, the room was not attended (beds , fresh towels) the front desk has a weird schedule!!!! so make sure you either arrive on time or call them. the guest seem to be mainly people that are contracted to move from olace to place for work and the neighborhood is very questionable I guess is the nicest way to put it. the gas station next door seems to be a magne... read more

Terrible Very bad hotel and dirty rooms no housekeeping service and towels are smelling and always dirty room floor is never clean if you need helps no answer or if you ask something they never give answer personal is also very slow thanks very much

Terrible Terrible experience with hotel. Not enough staff. Had to get our own towels in the lobby whenever they open. They only cleaned the rooms every 3 days. Had to bring my garbage out myself.
