So noisy They did not clean room the end of the day . They did not make changing the towel . Smell bad in hotel

Not good room and bathroom was filthy Room was filthy and dirty bathroom very nasty no one cleaned room made reservation on monday to suite on fri but there was no more rooms available

Horrible!! This is a drug den! Do not stay here! The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed. People are living here, not staying a night or two. Absolutely the most awful service I have ever received. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 11pm. It took 45 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk. He made it VERY clear we were interrupting him. He was not friendly, barely spoke, never smiled and offered no information about where to park or find our room. HORRIBLE HOTEL!

Clientele was a bit scary, room sparsely furnished. Had to ask for hangers, shampoo and cups. I brought my own hair dryer fortunately.

I was locked out of my room twice for non payment. My hotel stay was paid in full in advance.

I suppose I didn't fully understand what an extended stay hotel was because they have very specific hours and the overnight person was a monster. He was rude and forced us to stand around waiting for him while unsavory men hounded us. The elevator is scary, but everything else about the actual building was fine. Customer service was terrible.

Stay away Homeless people hanging all over the property. No toiletties avl. For use in rooms not even soap for shower.
Scary As I approached the front of the hotel I was hesitant as there were a few individuals hanging out in front of the hotel. As I was checking in, I overheard another customer stated that this was the second time that his tub was clogged. At that point I realized that this was an extended stay hotel as I don't believe that was advertised on Hotels.com.
