Bad Service! 2nd stay & both times there was a huge police presence with looters begging for things & hanging out in front of hotel, fridge not cleaned, bed mattress kept sliding off bed, uncomfortable! 3:15p ck tried to ck in there was nobody at desk for 15 mins. I picked up courtesy phone tryna call someone with no luck, other ppl were waiting also finally a young man came in with a bottle of coke soda & said he went to store next door. After a long days work, was very disappointed!!!!

Bug in the bed with me Wasn't the best experience.. Ended up staying the night at the hotel off the back I thought it was a nice hotel until I got up stairs and went to sleep, I felt something crawl into my ear , thought I was going crazy until 2 ants ran out my ear lifted up the sheets and it was ants in the bed with me .. called down stairs and wasn't able to get any help

Was okay. Would not recommend to anyone. The overnight staff was very rude managed to almost ruin my stay and the elevators were very noisy did not sound safe at all.

Disappointing Experience, but had no choice.... This is not a hotel for tourist or families! This is an extended stay hotel, people live here and it is also used as a half way house for "recovering" drug addicts. I repeat this is not a HOTEL for tourist or families! The place is brand new but there is a lot of illegal and unsafe activity going on there. The sheets were dirty, the room was dirty , the service was poor overall the experience was extremely bad.

Hotel had roaches in the room and bathroom. Floors were dirty when I first walked in.

Disappointed with the room, lack of amenities such as an iron board, ice bucket, and house keeping knocking at the door asking when will I check out prior to 11am.

You get what you pay for The hotel receptionist was nice & informative. This is a place you check into when your homeless. The near convenient stores are walking distance but not comfortable to visit the loitering is ridiculous. The hotel itself is I say is a 2 the 1 elevator they do have makes you feel like your in a horror movie. The receptionist is clock out or sleep by 7p.
