dirty hotel Dirty and smelly we saw bugs and the staff was not helpful. We cannot believe this place is new

Housekeeping every two weeks Your room is only cleaned every two weeks. You have to take your towels and bed linens to the front desk in order to get more. You are responsible for emptying your own trash. The room had a kitchenette but no pots, pans, eating utensils, or dishes. You could "rent these or go to Walmart and buy your own". You could also "rent a coffee pot for $19.95. None of these things mentioned on your website or the hotel's. I think you should take them off of your website.

Don't let the cheap price draw you in! TERRIBLE My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and decided to stay here because of the great price. However, upon arrival we immediately began to question our decision. There were very sketchy people lingering around this hotel everywhere. New but awful We booked two rooms for our guys who were working in town. The hotel looks nice in the photos since it is new, but it is very cheap construction and clearly aiming to be a lower than low level hotel. We booked a room with two beds, but were given a room with only one. After much difficulty, they found a room with a bed and a pull out couch, but there was no mattress on it. And there was a needle inside the couch. My guys travel fairly regularly and this was by far the worse experience they have had in a hotel.

Scary From first view the hotel is nice and updated but once we checked in there's a whole Other experience. Lawrance checking in we discovered a steak knife in the lobby area and once we get into our room we found large blood splatters in the kitchen and bathroom area in the front Dess gave us a new room with no issues but that wasscary in it self. Every day coming and going from the hotel we went to fan that it would be small groups of people smoking cigarettes near the exit entrance of the hotel. This made me very uncomfo... read more

Not a great place This place was terrible. From the time we arrived it just did not feel right. Walking in there was a bad smell of weed and in the halls. People standing near the exits waiting to walk in. Did not feel safe. At one point the stairwells were trashed with some kinds of liquid.
