The room was full of roaches crawling all over. Very basic bed and bathroom. Not worth $150 per night.

I left very early because of the noise upstairs. It seems that they accommodate families in welfare, I don't mind, but the noise was too much. I'm not going back to this place.

Disgusting, dirty, roaches, shower rotting out of the wall… the homeless, the cats, the fighting outside the windows… if I wasn’t so scared to go outside, I would have left in the middle of the night. Disgusting. I’m burning my luggage because God knows what came home with me.

The room was fine. It was clear people were actually living in the hotel. People were hanging around the back entrance.

We are a nonsmoking facility, and we do offer an area for smoking at the back entrance of the hotel. We take pride in in our cleanliness and friendliness and hope to earn your business again in the future!
Yes the room was neglected. And we never saw staff . Only when we checked in. Not really any amenities a bunch of riff raff right out front smoking and carrying on. Was not impressed at all. Slept in our bed sheets for four days. Never expected to pay extra for clean linens and bath towels.
