everything was fine but I got there at 10:25 and apparently they close at 10. I was on the phone for almost a hour for someone to answer and finally give us our room. The lady who help was very nice. Besides that everything was pretty good.

I would come back but... Overall everything went well with my stay. No complaints there. However when it came time to check out; the office hours are from 7am-10pm). The morning front desk staff did not open on time. This would not have been such a big deal if I didn’t have a meeting I had to attend & which starts at 7:30am. So I would saying going forward that punctuality is important! You never know what your customer’s schedule consist of.

eh Was really hard to sleep in the bed, room was dirty when I came in, staff was nice, but that's all they have going for them

Mostly Comfortable Gentlemen at front desk was very pleasant and professional. Room was clean and everything in working order. Only complaint would be about the housekeeper who woke us up at 9:30am to ask if we were checking out as if we should have already checked out... Check out is at 11am.

Not what I expected Beds were uncomfortable. The property and rooms were cleaned but the smell of cigareets and marijuana from the hall ways and elevator was overwhelming. My 10 yr old was asking what those smells were. Personnel took 15-20 mins to check me in due to a shift change and only 1 computer. The previous employee had some reports to finish before I could be checked in.
