Extended stay Not a Suite Check in was easy, with no surprises. Room was barebones with small kitchenette and a desk. No soap or shampoo. Luckily they provide towels. Bed was comfortable enough. Close to freeway so quite a bit of traffic noise. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay in Lakeland.

No kitchen amenities or linen service very basic room. Smelled like fish bad. Dirty cupboards. There are no kitchen amenities. No coffee maker, dishes, hair dryer... it’s an extra charge for fresh linens. Quiet and a good price, but be ready to bring your own comforts.

Would stay again It was as expected, for the low price I didn't expect anything more. The room was clean, A/C & Heat worked very well, kitchenette was nice to have, wi-fi worked great. I only had a few encounters with staff but they were friendly. Some of the other hotel guests were a little sketchy but at no fault of the hotel. They are very clear about the maid service only being once a week and I was fine with that. A fine stay at Woodspring Suites Lakeland Stayed for 11 days on business. Very nice facility. Well kept....everything in working condition. So nice to have the full kitchen and the full size refrigerator.
