It was a nice stay.We just had to wait 20 minutes on customer service.

Just right, especially for the low cost of the room. Usually at that price point you're looking at some beat down places! Curtis at the front desk is a great guy, helpful, pleasant and professional.

This hotel should have a check out time of 7:00 am! At 7:30 am I had someone knock on my door asking if I was going to check out. She was completely rude acting like she couldn't believe I was still there! At 8:15 I went to grab something out of my car and when I went back up, my key had been disabled. When I explained to the front desk that I couldn't get back in my room, they first wanted my ID that was in the room, and almost laughed at me because I didn't have it, and then REPEATEDLY told me that check out time was at 11... read more
