Heavy smoke smell; bed comfortable & service nice Very heavy smoke smell in the hallways and rooms, even in areas that were designated non smoking. (I thought I had requested a smoke free room but that was not the case, especially with the ash trays in the room still present) Had to buy air fresheners to help disguise the smell. Shower didn't look as though it had been thoroughly cleaned recently. Got pulled out of bed at 4 am due to a fire alarm going off. However bed was comfortable and the sheets didn't smell. Not the best not the worst It was okay.. wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst, a bunch of filthy people that stays there, no pots or utensils in the room to use, seen a roach crawl on the wall, fire alarm went off in middle of night, nice droppings in laundry room, but staff were very helpful and nice. Wouldn’t stay here again

Way too simple I won’t use the hotel again. Don’t get me wrong, it is clean and functional but I need a higher level of comfort. Rooms are quite simple, no decoration at all (just functionality), no amenities, the kictchen has no utensils, very simple. The bed was terrible, no blackouts in the windows. One thing was great: The front desk lady has such a beautiful spirit

You get what you pay for. It was a last minute booking, but I rather pay extra and stay in a property that doesn’t allow SMOKING!!!
