Room was clean but when I needed extra towels and toilet paper the front desk staff was not available.

El primer día desempacamos maletas y guardamos ropa en los cajones, cuando íbamos a sacar algo nos dimos cuenta que había cucarachas en los cajones, después vimos también en el baño y en el bote de basura (que según estaba limpio porque acabábamos de llegar). Solo hay un elevador y se descompuso el día que llegamos, aunque si lo arreglaron al día siguiente.

Front desk was unavailable at times
It was very safe. Right in front City Hall and police station.
