A good place to stay Nice clean hotel friendly helpful staff

Didn't enjoy that had to switch rooms because television did not work. Moved to second room and that tv didn't have a remote. Then blinds in that room did't go all the way down. After switching rooms were given new card keys. Came back to room very late only to find that our room key didn't work. By this time, no one is at front desk. Had to call someone to come down and get our key reactivated. The young man that came was very courteous. All in all, not a very pleasant experience.

My heater did not work. Only cold air and no heat

Great Hotel My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent as well. I stay in hotels 26 weeks a year, and this one was the best I have experienced for the reasonable cost. I will stay there again in the future.

My only responses that fall short of excellence have to do with a couple nights that my cards unexpectedly deactivated and there was no staff around. Also, the first night I was there, there was no internet and I am a fulltime school student. The internet was on the next day, but I needed reliability because my work was due by end of day the next day. I was able to tether my internet from my phone nonetheless and complete it. Other than that, great and comfortable place to stay for a couple weeks.
