Clean and simple Basic and no frills. Very clean. Melanie was friendly and had great restaurant suggestions

Good price Overall the hotel was nice, great price, only problem was the beds were uncomfortable and it made it very hard to sleep.

Best Lil Hotel Living This time its much quieter, love the 1st floor. Now only if they could thicken the mattress and one real chair, the hard chairs make your want to purchase a small one. I did stay the entire days and my own space made it much easier.

Never know who's in the hotel. I couldn't sleep because the people in the hotel was LOUD for 2-days straight... I was ready to leave, but I had already paid my money. I do like this place, it's always clean. Don't stay on the 4th floor!

Clean long term stay facility I stayed here for two weeks in Louisville until I found an apartment. I use a lot of motels /hotels during my travelling assignments. This one was very clean and well kept and I felt safe while at the property. The rooms are spartan and clean. The beds are one thin mattress on a metal frame and are not comfortable but not horrid. The staff is very professional and strict. But the gem of the staff is Melanie. She was fantastic with my late check in and continued to be very warm and accommodating... read more
