Great Service, But Read The Fine Print The hotel staff was very friendly and conversational, explaining to me everything I needed to know about my stay. Their desk hours are rather limited, but check out is as easy as leaving your key in the room and closing the door behind you. The hotel page on Hotels.com didn't mention that you have to pay extra for wifi, and amenities like soap and shampoo are not included. Nice hotel close to Waverly Hills Staff at reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were very clean.

Good price Overall the hotel was nice, great price, only problem was the beds were uncomfortable and it made it very hard to sleep.

Best Lil Hotel Living This time its much quieter, love the 1st floor. Now only if they could thicken the mattress and one real chair, the hard chairs make your want to purchase a small one. I did stay the entire days and my own space made it much easier.

Never know who's in the hotel. I couldn't sleep because the people in the hotel was LOUD for 2-days straight... I was ready to leave, but I had already paid my money. I do like this place, it's always clean. Don't stay on the 4th floor!
