Cheap Date It's definitely not the Holiday Inn, but reasonably clean, safe, and cheap. However, the smoke alarms when off 3-4 times and always late at night. And they are LOUD!

16 day stay Reserved the hotel checked in and was greeted by the receptionist professionally and friendly. Staff informed me of their procedures and office hours. Forgot to inform me of the WiFi info but I stayed at the hotel before so I knew the process. Room was clean only issue was three or four nights the fire alarm went off all night. stopped for 10 min and started up for 2. So sleeping those nights were near impossible. Nice facility, good condition, responsive staff. Nice facility, good condition, responsive staff. Convenient location off the highway and not too far from downton. Good value.

Great experience My stay was pleasant. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Melanie and Dan. The issue I had was that my trip in Louisville ended two days earlier and I wasn't able to get my money back which was a hotel policy which I didn't know before.

Very clean rooms! The cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Couldn't get over how clean it was. The hallways and front desk area aren't fancy by any means, but are always spotless. Was there a week, and was worth the weekly rate I paid. Only complaint is some of the other "guests" there were less than courteous and loud. There were quite a few "shady" individuals making noise at all hours of the night, but they were only there a night or two. Very clean, great parking, staff very friendly! WE LOVED OUR STAY! EASY ACCESS, WELL LIGHTED PARKING. THE ROOMS WERE LARGE AND VERY CLEAN. BEDS LACKED A BIT IN COMFORT BUT WAS A GOOD VALUE FOR DOLLARS SPENT. WE FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THEY RECOMMENDED A LOCAL RESTAURANT "SHACK IN THE BACK" AND EVEN PROVIDED A COUPON. THE SMOKED TURKEY RIBS WERE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! WE GIVE OUR STAY A 10!

Don't expect too much. Staff is great. You must understand that its an extended stay facility. No daily maid service, one towel and washcloth per bed. I'm glad I bought my own. The place was filled with out of town construction workers. Not a bad thing I'm just saying its not the Ritz. The reason I stayed the was the price. You can't find a cheeper place to stay for a week. Keeping that in mind, the only complaint I have was there is no carpet in the rooms. But seeing how affordable this place is, I totally understand. In cl... read more
